NVSPS Member Information
Member information is accessed on the national U.S. Power Squadron Headquarters website by logging in with your certificate number and PIN (or Zip Code). Your pin is assigned by USPS and appears on your dues renewal notice. If you have misplaced or forgotten your PIN, please click
here
to see the procedure for obtaining your PIN.
Your Member Profile
Review and update your personal information on file at USPS.
Click on this link to login and access your personal information. Scroll down and click on your name to see your details. Then click at the bottom to change something.
Squadron Roster
You may generate a current NVSPS roster from the National database.
Have your certificate number and PIN ready, then click on
this link to login and print the roster. [Hint: Click on "View My Squadron Roster" at the left, then enter "Northern Virginia". You may also have to answer a simple math question.]
Send Email to Squadron
You may generate an email message to the entire NVSPS roster from the National website. Just follow these easy steps:
Have your certificate number and PIN ready, then click on
this link to login. Note that you may have to answer a simple math problem to be sure you're human.
Click on "View My Squadron Roster" at the left, then enter "Northern Virginia".
On the "Member Roster" page, click on "View squadron roster" near the top.
You will then see a link to "Send Email...". Click on this link, then check the box to include all members.
Then click on the second "HERE" button.
Fill in the fields as prompted, then enter the text message in the larger box. You can copy and paste text into there if you have typed it out ahead of time in another window.
Finally, click on the "Send Net Mail" button and you're done! Replies will automatically come to your normal mailbox. It's that easy!

Merit Marks
