District 5 again held its Spring Conference in Ocean City, MD in March, 2010. NVSPS hosted a hospitality suite with the theme of how to conduct a Wounded Warrior Cruise. A committee of about a dozen members worked on the theme and its decorations. The results were rewarding and informative to attendees.
